Kettlebell

Classes consists of a full body warm up and will then progress onto the foundation lifts (swing, squat pull, clean, snatch, deadlift and press).
These moves will ensure that you will work all major muscles in just a few different exercises. Kettlebell provides the essential elements of core strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

Boxercise

A Blend of basic boxing techniques and cardiovascular exercise providing an effective all over.

Pole Fitness

The aim of our Pole Fitness classes is to develop fitness, confidence and muscles that you didn’t realise you had, whilst meeting new people and enjoying the latest and most effective fitness craze.

You don t need any experience to start Pole Fitness classes, and in no time at all you will have the confidence to decide whether you want to take your moves to the dance floor, or continue on to our more advanced classes.

Yoga

Let the ancient discipline of Yoga increase your range of motion to facilitate relaxation and release tension.

Fab Abs

Fab Abs is a ˝ hour session focusing on your core muscles, aimed at all abilities.

Zumba is a fun and effective workout, using exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to toe. A combination of fast and slow moves, set to the vibrant beat of Latin music gives the base for a fun and enjoyable workout. Zumba can be varied for either a high or low impact class, making it suitable for a fitness levels.

Supple Strength

Works the whole body, concentrating on the core abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Will help to improve posture, core stability and strengthen the lower back.
