Useful Information

What should I bring with me?
• Always come prepared in suitable clothing, training shoes and socks!
• Take everything at your own pace, Remember, your fellow members may have been physically active for a long time, Don't try to aspire to their levels initially
• If you feel feint, dizzy or simply do not want to carry on, don't hesitate and STOP

How often should I exercise?
• Try to exercise on a regular basis and get yourself into a routine, three to four times a week in best
• If you find yourself too busy to manage this, then find ways of integrating more activity into your daily life. Using stairs instead of lifts and walking instead of driving are excellent ways of staying active
