Useful Information

What do I do on my first session?
• Book in for your Fitness assessment with a member of our Fitness Team, Please avoid alcohol, tea or coffee for a while before this assessment
• If you have any injuries or health problems, ensure you inform us and complete a Par Q (pre-exercise questionnaire), you may be required to get advice from your Doctor or specialist prior to commencing a new excursive programme
• Tell the Fitness Team which exercises you like and which you do not, You are more likely to continue if you enjoy what you are doing.

Should I eat before exercising?
• Do not eat any heavy foods up to two hours before exercising
• A light snack before exercising may help in giving you energy for your session, but it is up to you to gauge what you feel is best for yourself.
• Never exercise on an empty stomach
