The gym itself is separated into three distinct areas:


CV Area

Treadmills, Elipitcals, Cross Trainers, Steppers, Rowing Machines, Upright and Recumberant Bikes, all facing 50’’ Plasma TV screens. Some pieces also have a multi selection headphone socket, meaning you can listen to the TV of your choice, or just let our ‘tunes of the day’ motivate your workout.

Toning and Resistance

Full range of specialised single station machines, designed to promote correct alignment and proper body mechanics whilst matching the needs of the casual user to the avid trainer.

Free Weights Area

The largest selection of free weights and Iso machines in the locality, all set in an Air conditioned, self contained room.
A full range of dumbbells, presses, cross over cables, bars and benches are provided – in fact, everything you need.
Work with fellow gym members and/or our instructors to ensure you get the most out of your time at The Fitness Company.

Studio

Built to the highest standards, with sports flooring and with full air conditioning, the Aerobic Studio offers the perfect venue to enjoy our range of classes. Details of the weekly classes can be found in reception and on our Studio Programmes page.
There is something for all levels and taste, all classes are available at reduced membership rates and it is advisable to book to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made one week in advance for non members, with members being able to book anytime.
We are a fully equipped gym, over two floors in our purpose built venue in Bicester. We make sure every section of our gym is utilised to the very best of it’s ability. We look after our equipment – and every single piece is cleaned every day – without fail. We also service all our equipment weekly, making sure all equipment is running smoothly and safely. If we spot any defects they are instantly dealt with. We challenge anyone to find a cleaner, more cared for gym.
